1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

  • Any custom-designed lighting or made-to-order fixtures are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or handling

  • Used or altered products

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact info@lumideco.store within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide order details, photos, or videos as evidence

  • After verification, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund depending on stock availability

4. Refund Methods and Timeline

  • Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 working days after inspection of the returned item.

  • EasyPaisa and JazzCash refunds are processed to the original account.

  • COD refunds are issued through EasyPaisa or JazzCash after verification.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, LumiDeco Lights covers shipping costs.

  • If returned due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible if the product is in stock.
