If your product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, contact us at info@lumideco.store within 48 hours. Include your order number, photographs or videos of the issue, and a short description. We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.

Yes. You may return or exchange eligible products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Custom or modified lighting fixtures are not eligible for return.
